2022 was Momentum’s year to demonstrate the impact of inspiring change over the years, one step (sometimes two or three steps) at a time.
This past year solidified for Momentum:
• our growth from 8 passionate individuals to a global network of women and men around the world
• our expansion from a community of Moms to a world of leaders, partners, and change-makers
• our evolution from a provider of an Israeli trips to an international immersive experience of Jewish learning, leadership, language, and lifestyle
• our reputation as the premiere connector of women everywhere learning and living Jewish values through accessible tools, education, and resources
• our recognition as the champion of inspiring Jewish learning, sparking meaningful conversations, and enabling genuine connections to bring Jewish women around the world closer together and engage with Israel
Momentum’s embodiment of empowering Jewish women for change is our north star and guides our purpose and passion in planning, partnering, and celebrating our Jewish programs and initiatives. We are constantly evaluating and understanding the landscape for Jewish living, learning, and leading to ensure continuous support for personal, community, and global growth.
Through our work and support with our partners, community leaders, and trip participants, we implemented and achieved our initiatives by inspiring women to carry the spark off change to their families, communities, and ultimately, the world.
In this report, we’re excited to share with you how our efforts continue to deliver on our core goals of connecting to Jewish values, engaging with Israel, taking action, and fostering unity without uniformity
But this moment is not just about our past accomplishments – we’re looking toward the future of Momentum. In June 2022, we developed our first long-term Strategic Plan outlining our key strategic priorities of Partnership, Leadership, and Sustainability. Momentum is poised to be stronger than ever, thanks to the talent of our dynamic leadership and team, the generosity of our passionate and influential partners, participants, and benefactors, the power of our expanded ecosystem of program offerings and experiences.
